James Robert Thompson, 86 of Trafalgar passed away on May 31, 2016 surrounded by his family.  Bob was born in 1929 to the late Chester and Ephra Thompson of Trafalgar.

Bob is survived by his wife, Betty of 68 years; four sons, Ronnie (Elaine), Gary (Sharon), Stanley (Marilou), and Donnie (Cindy) Thompson; 6 grandchildren, Gabriel Thompson, Daniel (Hope) Thompson, Chris (Jenny) Thompson, Marcia (Tony) Zupancic, Shelly (John) Frazier, Steven (Sara) Thompson; 9 great-grandchildren, Brittannee (Matt) Cain, Nicole Lowhorn, Clayton Frazier, Keeley, Kurstin, Tegan, Liam, Owen, and Kaylee Thompson; 1 great-great granddaughter, Huxlee Cain.

Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Friday, June 3, at Flinn & Maguire, Franklin, IN with calling starting at 11am.  Burial: Nineveh Cemetery.  Funeral arrangements provided by Indiana Funeral Care.
